About Procerius, Inc.

Since 1997 our solutions have provided systems engineering, electronic hardware, and software for systems. Procerius, Inc. is now producing a software program that is a controls platform for those who develop and use process control systems.

The platform is flexible, economical, and addresses the unique needs of process control system developers. Procerius, Inc. solutions have been deployed in a wide range of applications from very small systems to supervisory control of cluster tools. Those applications include critical deposition control, complex reactive gas panels, and multi-axis motion control.
