Data Logging
Fastmatics has several data logging options.
- Data logging, in Fastmatics, can be accomplished across multiple devices
- Data for the datalog is derived from the IO Mapped memory which is synchronously or asynchronously updated depending on the type of device. The logged data will represent the latest reading for each of the devices, regardless of their update rates.
- Any signal in the system can be data logged with the minimum interval (maximum rate) of the minor frame rate of the
program, which is adjustable in the program's setup screen.
- Fastmatics enables the logging of several data sets and each data set can be specified to record data at different intervals (rates.)
- Data logs are stored in a csv file format.
- Real time strip charting of one multivariate data set can be configured.
- A camera can be used to capture images into the data log.
- The data log can be configured to upload data sets once a day to an FTP server through ethernet, then the local data sets can be set to automatically archive.
