HMI Developer

The Fastmatics industrial controls suite includes a drag and drop graphical designer. The properties of the object that are dropped enable control of the environment. For instance to create a push button, position it on the screen, attach it to a script and write the script code to activate a sequences of valves only takes a few moments.

The HMI designer enables the user to add graphic images that automatically change based on the state of signal in the system. The VacuShapes objects contain many hundreds of combinations and settings to allow the display of valves, pipes, colors based on signal values and more - all configured in minutes per display object - including the underlying code to run the system!

The following graphic would only take a few minutes to configure, including settings for turning the valves on and off. And of course the environment allows you to include any graphics that you wish to display, and attach actions and code to operate the system.

And of course - any HMI you develop can be attached to Fastmatics that is running on another computer on your LAN. This is very useful for monitoring stations. Each Fastmatics can run up to eight HMI programs.

The free demo program comes with the following demo GUI or HMI program - this is just a demo, you can build any graphics you want into the HMI.

This HMI program can be modified by selecting design mode from the main menu, the behavior and connectivity for each object are changed using property sheets, see below:
